Chamomile  Juice and Chelidonium: Treatment of sinusitis with juice of chamomile and chelidonium. This treatment is recommended for polyps. Get in equal parts juice and chamomile Chelidonium (necessarily fresh), enter on turundas or instilled into the nasal cavity in any form of sinusitis.

Yarrow: Treatment with the collection of plantain, yarrow and sand immortelle. Pour 1 tbsp. 10 g of boiling water. Plantain leaves, 5 gr. immortelle flowers and herbs yarrow. The present hour, drain. Use tincture for inhalation.

Compared to other treatments, the result of using apple cider vinegar in treating sinus infection is immediately obtained. In fact, clogged sinuses are relieved after an hour of drinking the mixture. Inhaling apple cider vinegar vapor through the nose can also help in opening the clogged nasal passages.

Rest: Adequate amount of rest and fluid intake can also help the body fight against different kinds of infections.   1. You should never snort (or pour) tap water into your nose, it can be even more dangerous than a sinus infection because of the bacteria in the water! Very irresponsible of you to not note thy distilled water should be used!

    • You are correct Mary. Thanks for pointing that out. I have edited the information the salt water remedy as to make sure that distilled water is used, as some tap water does indeed contain bad bacterias as you say.
