    Yes! Thumbs up!
Without any doubt, it is a wonderful article on the “home remedies for sore throat”. Ginger has been used as spice and condiment since the ancient times. However, it is most often used in traditional medicine in China, India, Arabic countries and Africa. Studies have brought to light that ginger helps relieve sore throats, fever, motion sickness, gastrointestinal complaints, constipation, joint pain, muscular aches, cramps, and combats with hypertension, dementia, infectious diseases, and some parasites [1]. Ginger contains gingerols, shogaols, paradols, and zingerone which are of prime importance in alternative medicine or complimentary medicine. Apple cider vinegar contains phenols that work as anti-oxidant agents and reduce oxidative stress. However, over-use of apple cider vinegar is not safe. Low potassium level has been reported in a patient who used 250 ml apple cider vinegar daily for six years [2,3]. Honey tea (tea with honey) is an easy way to soothe your aching throat. It is drunk as a warm liquid that relieves sore throat. Honey tea is also effective in suppressing cough. Similarly, gargling with warm salt water relieves throat pain or sore throat [4]. One teaspoon of salt per glass of warm water is enough for gargling that is useful to help aching throat [5].
