Parkinson’s disease is a condition of the nervous system. It usually occurs when a person is getting old, but it can also affect middle-aged people as well. It may take years for the symptoms to affect a person but when they do the nervous system will begin to degenerate. While there are medications to help with this disease, they do have some unpleasant side effects. There are some natural remedies that a person can use to decrease the severity of Parkinson’s disease symptoms.

Exercise

While exercise does not help with the symptoms alone, exercise can help a person reduce their stress levels. The higher the stress levels, the more severe symptoms and shaking may occur. The exercises should be low impact and increase energy level. They should also help the body to relax. Tai chi and low impact yoga can reduce the stress levels and increase balance as well as flexibility. It can help improve all well-being and reduce the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.

Consuming Healthy Oil

One of the causes of this disorder can be due to the hardening of fats around the blood vessels. Foods high in butter and saturated, and trans-fat can only make this condition worse. There are some healthy oils that will allow the oxygen to flow through the blood and reduce Parkinson’s symptoms. Black seed oil is a healthy fatty acid that will allow the blood to flow and can be used in replacement of butter and other oils when cooking.

Removing Heavy Metal

Heavy metals especially mercury can lead to flare up Parkinson’s symptoms. In order for the brain to function properly and reduce these symptoms the body has to go through a heavy metal detoxification process. Supplements including deep cell detox commonly referred to as DCD will help remove extra levels of mercury and other heavy metals from the body. These supplements are made from all natural ingredients including sea greens, Vitamin C, and MSM. Studies have shown that this supplement will improve mental ability and the ability to recall information.

Vitamin E

For people sufferings from Parkinson’s disease, there are certain vitamins that can help reduce the occurrence of these symptoms. Vitamin E supplements can help the body fight back against this disease. Vitamin E has many antioxidant properties and can prevent free radicals from further damaging the cells. Vitamin E is naturally present in foods, but a person can also take this vitamin in supplement form to make sure they get the proper dosage in their diet.

Vitamin C

This vitamin is also an important part of a diet for a person with Parkinson’s disease. Vitamin C has antioxidant properties and also helps prevent the formation of free radicals and further damage of cells. Vitamin C can also help the immune system function properly. This vitamin works as a stimulant to help the immune system fight off things that are harming the body. Vitamin C will also absorb heavy metals in the digestive track including iron. This vitamin will also help the body rebuilt damaged tissue at a quicker pace.

Co-enzyme Q 10

This substance is similar to a vitamin and can be found naturally in the body. People with Parkinson’s disease often have a hard time making enough of this Q10 in their body. Q10 can help stimulate the immune system and help reduce the symptoms that are associated with this disease.

NADH

This molecule compound is often found naturally in the body. People with Parkinson’s disease often have trouble making enough of this molecule on their own. This molecule can be used to treat a number of health conditions. This molecule increases the chemical reaction of other vitamins and minerals that are needed by the body. This molecule also has antioxidant properties that will help the immune system.

Ginkgo Biloba

It is an herbal supplement that has many different compounds it in. These compounds can help keep the platelets in the blood from sticking together which will allow for increased blood flow and circulation. This herb can also prevent further damage from occurring in the body and help protect the cells. Healthy cells are important for people suffering from Parkinson’s disease.

These natural remedies can be great alternatives to treatment for a person with Parkinson’s disease. Like with any other health condition a person should consult their doctor before taking any of these vitamins or supplements to make sure they are healthy enough, and their body will not suffer further damage. These natural remedies do not have side effects and can increase the quality of life for a person suffering from Parkinson’s disease.

  2. My husband was misdiagnosed with PD in 2000. Very rapid deterioration and many queries eventually led to MSA (Multiple System Atrophy) diagnosis. A horrible, horrible condition robbing people of independence, dignity, movement, speech, continence, ability to swallow and breathe.we didn’t know what to do we tried everything possible medically, we were waiting for his death then one day our daughter got back from work with the email of a herbal Clinic saying her friend from work told her about a testimony on how Health Herbal Clinic cured her mom from PD and it truely worked, we were desperate and sceptical but my daughter told me we got nothing to loose and i decided to give it a try. 4 weeks after he started taking the herb he regained his speech and today my husband is fully rocovered from this deadly disease called PD, this isn’t a BS it is real you can also contact health herbal clinic on healthherbalclinic @ gmailCOM
