    Can you or somebody tell me what the best method is for making a juice from garlic? I would really like to try this remedy for my headaches as it would be good for my imune system as well.

    Peel some whole garlic bulbs. Use a blender or food processor and make a puree, then strain thru a mesh strainer using a rubber spatula to get it all thru. pour the juice into a jar and refridgerate. Throw pulp away.
