Bodybuilding and Diet
Bodybuilding, is certainly a unique sport. It requires not only hard training but also proper rest and most importantly, a great diet. High protein foods are of primary importance in any phase, bulking or cutting. A variety of carbs according to the time of the day and phase are required.
Bodybuilders often forget their health in the pursuit of a perfect body; although balance, symmetry, muscularity and condition are powerful, well-being is often left aside. Lack of variety in natural vitamin ingestion due to pre-planned meals can lead to less than perfect results. Mild intoxication can happen when taking supplementation is excess. Home remedies can help healing symptoms that if left untreated might delay training time and stop muscle growth process.
Since proteins are one of the most important parts in a bodybuilder’s diet a list of healthy protein foods is presented.
Poultry
Meat from many type of birds specially chicken is one of the basic elements in any good bodybuilding diet. Since too much protein may affect the liver and kidneys in a negative way natural remedies may help to prevent diseases related to it.
Fish
Fish is a fantastic source of low calorie protein mixed with essential fatty acids. It is no doubt a great source of lean protein and a healthy source of nutrients.
Tuna
It is added to a special category since it is a common source for many bodybuilding recipes mostly due to its convenient presentation and its versatility for creating recipes.
Beans
Beans have high protein content. They are one great add on to any bodybuilder’s diet.
If microfibers are broken then anabolism can happen. After this comes the healing process where muscle grows and here many variables can get in the way. In the healing process muscle growth happens and a body can only be healthy with a complete diet where home remedies have a fundamental part.
